You will need your current
license plate number;
2.)
After entering your license
plate number, a list box
will appear, scroll down
to the "Special
Interest" list and select
"Animal Friendly;"
3.)
Complete the Order Form,
Print, and Mail in your
check to the Louisiana
Office of Motor Vehicles.
